What is Convoca?
Convoca is an ecosystem of WordPress plugins for associations, NGOs, parent-teacher groups, clubs and community centres. It replaces the spreadsheet, the group chat chaos and closed SaaS platforms with a solution that lives on your own website.

Open Source and privacy
All the code is open source. Your member data never leaves your server: nobody sells it and nothing depends on a platform that could shut down. The virtual assistant runs 100% locally, sending no information to external services.
How do the modules differ? Members manages members and fees; Enroll, activity sign-ups; Gateway, card or Bizum payments; Shifts, volunteer rosters; Publisher, posting to social networks; and Assistant answers questions from your site. Each works alone or together.
What about the future? When Convoca adds AI, it will be a separate paid add-on. The current assistant — no AI, fully local — stays free forever.
