Data Collected

When browsing the site:

  • Technical cookies necessary for the shopping cart (WooCommerce)
  • IP address (temporarily stored in server logs)

When making a purchase:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Billing address
  • Tax ID / VAT number (if provided for invoice)

We DO NOT collect: credit card data. All payments are processed through Stripe, which complies with the PCI DSS standard.

Purpose of Processing

  • Manage your license and user account
  • Send you your license key after purchase
  • Send renewal reminders (30, 15, and 7 days before expiration)
  • Provide technical support
  • Send commercial communications only if you have given your explicit consent

Legal Basis

The processing of your data is based on:

  • Performance of the license purchase agreement (GDPR Art. 6.1.b)
  • Your explicit consent for commercial communications (GDPR Art. 6.1.a)
  • Legal obligation to comply with tax regulations (GDPR Art. 6.1.c)

Data Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties, except as required by law. Payments are processed through Stripe, which acts as a data processor. Transactional emails are sent via Mailgun (EU region).

Data Retention

We retain your data while your license is active. After cancellation, tax data is retained for 5 years (legal obligation). You can request anonymization of your data at any time, except those we must retain by law.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection by contacting hola@mg.getconvoca.app:

  • Access: Request a copy of your data
  • Rectification: Correct inaccurate data
  • Erasure: Request deletion of your data (right to be forgotten)
  • Portability: Receive your data in a structured format
  • Objection: Object to processing for marketing

You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

The site uses SSL/TLS encryption on all connections. License keys are stored encrypted in the database. Stripe handles payment data with the highest security standards.
