Terms and Conditions

Last updated: July 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a Convoca license (hereinafter, “the Product”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Product.

2. License of Use

By purchasing a license, you acquire the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Convoca PRO plugins on the number of sites specified in your license for a period of one (1) year.

License types:

  • Individual: 1 website, PRO features of one specific plugin
  • PRO: Up to 3 websites, PRO features of all plugins

3. Free Software (GPL)

All Convoca code is distributed under the GNU GPL v2 or later license. This means you may freely use, modify, and distribute the code. The PRO license covers access to updates, technical support, and premium features, not the code itself.

4. Renewal and Expiration

Licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase. By renewing, you extend access to updates and support for an additional year. If you do not renew:

  • Installed plugins continue to work with the latest downloaded version
  • You lose access to new updates and security patches
  • You lose access to technical support

5. Refunds

You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a full refund. To request a refund, contact us at hola@mg.getconvoca.app indicating your order number. After that period, no refunds will be issued.

6. Technical Support

Technical support includes email assistance for installation, configuration, and issue resolution. Support does NOT include code customization, integration with unsupported third-party plugins, or WordPress training.

Estimated response time: 24-48 business hours.

7. Limitation of Liability

Convoca is provided “as is,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation. The Convoca team shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the software, including data loss or service interruption. We recommend performing backups before any update.

8. Intellectual Property

The Convoca name and brand are the property of the developer. The plugin code is under GPL v2+ and may be freely used under the terms of said license.

9. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any disputes, the parties submit to the courts of Oviedo (Asturias).
